Federal Program Director

Cameo Consulting Group, LLC is seeking a Program Director to support the Department of Labor, a Federal client in Washington, DC.

SCOPE: The Program Director shall prepare and provide regular performance and production reports for the OFLC management team and assigned OFLC Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), identify issues or risks to meeting contract requirements, and propose innovative solutions or recommendations designed to continually improve program effectiveness and efficiency. In the event of contractual or performance issues that negatively impact case processes and/or production, the Program Director shall submit an impact report to the Contracting Officer and the COR.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At a minimum, the Program Director shall possess a bachelor’s degree. A graduate degree (such as a JD, MBA or MPA) is preferred.
• The Program Director shall possess extensive experience in project and program management, preferably 7-10 years and proven experience in leading and managing teams, stakeholders, and complex programs.
• Experience in running a highly repetitive case management oriented SCA-centric operation.
• Project Management Professional certification is preferred.
