Program Director (Federal)
Cameo Consulting Group, LLC is currently seeking a qualified Program Director to support the Department of Labor. This role will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring effective program execution.
Scope: Program Directors' primary responsibility will be to manage and implement all aspects of the contract’s requirements and to coordinate the activities and schedules of project managers across visa programs. The Program Director shall be the single Point of Contact (POC) with OFLC Headquarters and appropriate Agency contract staff. Although Contractor Project Managers will work collaboratively with the Government’s federal senior management concerning the assignment of daily work, the Project Manager will report and communicate all contract issues directly to the Contractor’s Program Director for appropriate resolution with the COR and OFLC management team. In addition, Project Managers shall provide timely feedback, including a proposed resolution, when the federal director raises a concern that standard operating procedures and/or other government-approved standards of review are not being followed.
Key Personnel Qualifications: At a minimum, the Program Director shall possess a bachelor’s degree. A graduate degree (such as a JD, MBA or MPA) is preferred. The Program Director shall possess extensive experience in project and program management, preferably 7-10 years and proven experience in leading and managing teams, stakeholders, and complex programs. Project Management Professional certification is preferred.
